The company is led by Appanagouda S. Patil, a Civil Engineering professional with practical experience in residential construction quality and snagging inspections. With hands-on exposure to large-scale residential projects in Bengaluru, he has inspected numerous flats, identified construction defects, and worked closely with quality teams to ensure proper rectification before handover.
This real-time field experience allows us to understand where defects commonly occur — whether it is hollow tiles, improper slope in bathrooms, door alignment issues, electrical concerns, plumbing leakages, cracks, or finishing quality problems.
